Shipping and Handling

Free insured express delivery, worldwide. Every order ships free of charge and fully insured, wherever you are.

Australia: sent by Australia Post Express Post.

International: sent by FedEx Express. Express international shipping usually takes 2–3 days to the USA and 3–5 days to Europe.

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched, which you can follow at auspost.com.au or fedex.com.

Production time: most pieces are made for you and are delivered in 3–4 weeks. Shipping times above are in addition to production. If you need your piece sooner, please email edward@edwardbrownjewellery.com before ordering and I'll do my best to fit you in.

Duties and taxes: international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes in the destination country. These are not included in the free shipping and are payable by the recipient.
