Who am I?
I'm Edward.
I trained in jewellery manufacturing and design in Sydney, then spent years in sales and design with high-end Australian jewellers, working on engagement rings and precious pieces.
I started Edward Brown Jewellery to do that work properly: one client at a time. Every piece is designed by me and made in Sydney, and most are one of a kind. My designs lean towards movement and asymmetry, with gold that twists and flows around the stone.
Because I work online rather than from a showroom, your budget goes into the gold, the gemstone and the craftsmanship, not the overheads. No hard sell, just an honest conversation about what you'd love.
Made the traditional way
Unless you ask otherwise, every engagement ring is handmade the traditional way, using old goldsmithing techniques passed down through generations of jewellers. The gold is worked by hand and each setting is built at the bench, not cast from a computer file. It takes longer, but it's how a ring is made to last a lifetime and beyond.
