Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident choosing your jewellery. If you have any questions about a piece, sizing or a custom design, please contact Edward Brown Jewellery before ordering.
Change of mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including for bespoke, made-to-order, personalised and ready-to-ship jewellery. Please choose your design, metal and size carefully.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our jewellery comes with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. These apply to bespoke, personalised and sale items as well as our other pieces.
If your jewellery has a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
For a minor problem that can be fixed, we will provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time and at no charge. If we cannot do so, you may be entitled to further remedies under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes these rights.
If there is a problem with your jewellery
Please contact us through our Contact Us page, with proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photographs if available.
We may need to inspect the piece to assess the problem. Please contact us before posting it so we can provide return instructions and discuss suitable shipping arrangements. Original packaging is not required for a faulty-item claim.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs. Please retain your postage receipt.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.
Sizing, care and repairs
If your jewellery needs resizing or repair, please get in touch so we can discuss the available options and any applicable charges.
Accidental damage, misuse and ordinary wear do not automatically indicate a product fault. We assess each concern individually, taking account of the jewellery’s age, price, description and expected durability. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
