Order Cancellations

Bespoke and custom orders need a 50% deposit, which lets me source the stones and materials for your piece.

As a small workshop, I can't offer refunds or store credit for a change of mind on bespoke orders. That said, life happens, so there's a 24-hour cancellation window from the time you place your order.
