Please note that we require a 75% deposit for all bespoke orders which allows us to source the stones and materials required. As a small, local business, we are unable to offer refunds or store credit for change-of-mind on bespoke orders.

We do however understand that sometimes life happens, and so Edward Brown allows for a 24 hour cancellation 'grace-window' from the time of purchase. Please reach out to us for any questions or for more information and we will happily talk this through with you.
